ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သောကာကွယ်ရေးအတွက် ရွှေ့ပြောင်းပညာရေး (Advance Project) ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၏ နယ်စပ်ဒေသများရှိ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းကလေးငယ်များ ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသည့် အရေးကြီးသော ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အတားအဆီးများကို ဖြေရှင်းရန်အတွက် 2022 ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ခဲ့သော ငါးနှစ်တာစီမံကိန်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။
