Foreigners’ General Information
The Foreign Health Insurance Card is an essential right for foreigners residing in Thailand, ensuring access to reliable, legal, and comprehensive medical services throughout their stay in the country.
At Mae Sot Hospital, general foreigners aged 7 to 60 years who are in good health and wish to obtain health insurance may contact the hospital to make an appointment for a health check-up and apply for a one-year health insurance plan.

Contact the Social Work Unit, Legal Clinic, 2nd–4th floors, Service Building (Laundry Building). - Occupational health appointments
Scheduling for health check-ups. - Payment for health check-up and health insurance
Payments are processed at the Finance Department. - Health check-up, results, and collection of Foreign Worker Health Cards
