There are two types of migration: forced migration and voluntary migration..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forced migration refers to people who are internally displaced (displaced due to conflicts in their own country or place of residence, fear of life) as well as those displaced by natural disasters, nuclear disasters or development projects. Voluntary migration means moving and staying according to one&#8217;s own will.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of legal migration, legal residence and right to work are protected by Thailand&#8217;s labor law. Illegal immigrants have the right to receive social security and preventive care, and illegal entry; Arrested for illegal residence and illegal employment may result in deportation. Most migrant women are willing to work using the irregular migration method because they are facing financial difficulties. Irregular migration is a dangerous thing. It can lead to a pattern of human trafficking-related rights violations.
