Thailand is not a signatory country to the 1951 Refugee Convention, therefore, there are no domestic laws in relation to refugee rights protection in place. However, Everyone are protected by Human Rights even fled to Thailand irregularly. For example, UDHR and Child Rights that to recognize the child born by providing a birth certificate and also ensure the services for the children can access and exercises their rights. According to the Convention on the Rights of the Child by the Committee on the Rights of the Child, the submission of a birth certificate is the right of the child for the first step to access education, guarantee the right to development and access to quality services.<\/p>\n<p>If you are the victim of crimes, sexual abuse, sexual harassment or violences that against UDHR, according to Thai Criminal code, you can access protection by the law.
