https://rightsbeyondborder.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/11-1-212×300.jpg ထိုင်းရွှေ့ပြောင်းအလုပ်သမား မှတ်ပုံတင်ကဒ် (ပန်း‌ရောင်ကဒ်နှင့် CI ကဒ်) ပန်းရောင်ကဒ်သည် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံအတွင်းဝင်ရောက်လာတဲ့နိုင်ငံခြားသားများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ တရားဝင် ဝင်ရောက်လာတဲ့သူများသည် အချိန်မရွေးလျှောက်လို့ရပြီး ကဒ်သတ်တမ်းသည် ၁၀နှစ်ရှိပါသည်။ တရားမဝင် ဝင်‌ရောက်လာသူများတွင်မူ ထိုင်းအစိုးရမှ တရားဝင် ဖွင့်ပေးတဲ့အချိန်ကာလတွင်သာလုပ်လို့ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ပန်းရောင်ကဒ်သည်  Work Permit ရှိမှလုပ်လို့ရပြီး Work Permit သည်အလုပ်သမားကဒ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ထိုအလုပ်သမားကဒ်သည်  ၁နှစ် သို့မဟုတ် ၂နှစ်သာ သက်တမ်းရှိပြီး သူဌေးအာမခံပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ပန်းရောင်ကဒ်သည် ထိုင်နိုင်ငံသို့ တရားမဝင် ဝင်ရောက်လာသောသူများ နှင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံရောက် အထောက်အထားမဲ့ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းအလုပ်သမားများအား တရားဝင်ဖြစ်အောင်ထိုင်းအစိုးရက ထုတ်ပေးသည့်သက်သေခံ ကဒ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ပန်းရောင်ကဒ်လုပ်လျှင် Thai ID Number, Work Permit, House Registration Book, Marriage Certificate တို့လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ […]
